• A client portal for reviewing your submitted profile and exercising data rights.

InfinityXZ is an informational platform, not a registered investment advisor. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, a solicitation of clients for advisory services requiring registration, or a guarantee of any investment result. All market data and AI-generated content are for informational and educational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use InfinityXZ. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Platform is intended for users in the United States. Users accessing from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

When you complete the investor profile questionnaire, you acknowledge that:

• The information you provide is self-reported and for profiling purposes only. We rely on you to provide accurate information.
• The AI-generated profile summary is produced by automated software and reviewed by human advisors. It is not a personalized investment recommendation.
• Submission of the questionnaire does not create an advisory relationship, a contract for services, or any obligation on the part of the Company or its advisors to provide services to you.
• An advisor may choose to contact you based on your profile. Any subsequent engagement is governed by a separate advisory agreement.

All content on InfinityXZ — including market data, macroeconomic indicators, AI-generated text, analyst tools, and investor profile summaries — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute:

• Investment advice or financial planning advice;
• A recommendation to purchase, hold, or sell any security, fund, or financial product;
• Tax, legal, or accounting advice;
• A guarantee, prediction, or projection of any investment return.

You should consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney before making any investment or financial decision. Past performance of any market or security does not guarantee future results.

You may use InfinityXZ for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information.
• Use the Platform in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

All content, design, software, trademarks, and materials on InfinityXZ are the property of SKXYWTF LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

InfinityXZ displays data sourced from third parties including FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data), Alpha Vantage, Finnhub, Financial Modeling Prep, and other providers. This data is provided “as-is” without warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We are not responsible for errors in third-party data.

AI features are powered by the Google Gemini API. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important information with authoritative sources.

Your use of InfinityXZ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data collection and use practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT, DATA, OR AI-GENERATED OUTPUT ON THE PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKXYWTF LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT RETURNS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKXYWTF LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other lawful reason.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for IP violations or breach of confidentiality.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to any claim covered by these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
